Class 5 Dental Facility – Modular, Compliant, Efficient
Westbuilt Homes was engaged to design, manufacture, and install a fully compliant Class 5 dental facility in Gladstone, built to meet AS1428 accessibility standards. Delivered in three precision-engineered modules and installed on concrete piers, the project included treatment rooms, offices, reception, and staff amenities. On-site works such as ramps, stairs, a carport, and pathways were seamlessly integrated, whilst careful planning ensured the facility was completed with minimal disruption to ongoing dental services.
QBuild – Texas Government Employee Housing Project
Under the Queensland Government’s Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) program, we delivered 13 modular homes to support essential government workers including teachers, police, and healthcare staff. Each 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was installed with carports on concrete piers and steel stumps, adhering to QBuild’s strict QA and safety protocols. Managed concurrently to meet large-scale delivery demands, the project was completed on time, providing high-quality housing at scale for regional and remote communities.
