Modular reimagined

A Westbuilt home is not your typical modular home. It is a highly refined approach to building, created for clients who expect architectural design, premium craftsmanship and uncompromising quality.

We combine the precision of advanced manufacturing with the detail, warmth and individuality of a luxury home. Every residence is meticulously constructed in a controlled environment, allowing for exceptional consistency, superior finishes and a level of quality control rarely achieved through traditional construction methods. It is then expertly installed on your land by our experienced team.

These are not prefabricated homes in the conventional sense.

There are no compromises on design, materials or the way a home feels to live in. Every Westbuilt home is designed to feel considered and deeply connected to the lifestyle and landscape it is built for.

Behind every home is a disciplined, quality-led process backed by our ISO-certified Quality Management System and engineered to comply with the National Construction Code and Australian Standards. The result is a beautiful home that delivers architectural presence, durability and confidence at every stage of the journey.

What You Can Expect From Westbuilt

Book a Consultation
A simple, straightforward process.
We follow a disciplined Consult, Design, Manufacture, Assemble process with a dedicated team guiding you at every stage. No guesswork. No surprises. Just a predictable journey from first conversation to handover.
Speed delivered through engineering.
Around 80 per cent of your home is manufactured in our Warwick factory, which means on-site work is condensed into weeks rather than months. Site preparation and factory production run in parallel, which is one of the core reasons our timelines consistently outpace traditional on-site construction.
Quality that's measured, not assumed.
Every home is built under an ISO-certified Quality Management System, achieves a 7-Star Energy Rating, and is backed by a 10-year structural warranty. Each module passes through rigorous inspection points before it leaves the factory floor.
Curated design, refined for the way you live.
Choose from our considered ranges across Acreage, Seaside and Rural collections. Personalise internal and external spaces, including kitchens, wet areas, and window placements, within our curated selection of finishes and fixtures. Design freedom within a system that protects quality and timelines.
Dedicated project management from day one.
From your first consultation through to handover, you'll work with a dedicated team. Consistent communication. Clear options. Genuine care for the outcome.
Built for regional, remote, and difficult sites.
Difficult sites, steep slopes, flood zones, urban areas, bushfire-prone land, or remote properties hours from the nearest town. Modular delivery is engineered to overcome the logistical and environmental challenges that often complicate or stall traditional on-site construction.

How we Build

consult

Step 1: Consult

We take the time to understand how you live, what you need from your home, and the conditions of your land. You'll meet our team and explore the right designs for your project. A desktop site assessment confirms feasibility before you commit to anything.
design

Step 2: Design

Our in-house design team prepares preliminary drawings tailored to your site and lifestyle. We arrange geotechnical testing, site classification, and engineering reports so your home is engineered for the conditions it will face, including wind rating and Bushfire Attack Level.
manufacture

Step 3: Manufacture

Construction begins in our Warwick facility. Steel base frames, steel walls, roof structures, cladding, windows, cabinetry, tiling, plumbing, and electrical fit-out are all completed in a controlled environment. Quality is verified at every stage.
assemble

Step 4: Assemble

Your home is transported to site and installed in days. Our team then completes service connections, verandahs, carports, and final inspections. You walk through a completed home, not a partially built one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are modular homes lower quality than traditional on-site builds?

No. Modular construction is often higher quality because every module is built in a controlled facility and inspected at multiple stages. Westbuilt homes are compliant with the National Construction Code, achieve a 7-Star Energy Rating, and are backed by a 10-year structural warranty.

How long does a Westbuilt home take to build?

Once construction begins in our Warwick facility, your home is typically completed in 10 to 12 weeks. On-site assembly and finishing takes a further 4-6 weeks. Total project timelines depend on council approval and site conditions, but generally our full build time is 8 months and our process consistently delivers faster than traditional on-site construction.

Can I personalise a Westbuilt home?

Yes, within our curated system. You can personalise internal and external spaces, including kitchens, wet areas, and verandah’s. The framework keeps your project on time, on budget, and at the quality you'd expect.

Do you build in regional and remote areas?

Yes. Building in regional and remote locations across Queensland and Northern New South Wales is one of our specialities. Modular delivery is engineered to overcome the logistical and environmental challenges that often stall traditional on-site construction in these areas.

Do I still need council approval for a modular home?

Yes. The council approval process is the same as for any traditional on-site build, we handle all council applications. Where a Development Approval is required, our team can manage the process on your behalf in conjunction with a Town Planner.

Can Westbuilt build on a sloping or difficult site?

Yes. Difficult sites are where modular delivery really shines. Site classification, wind rating, and Bushfire Attack Level assessments are completed during the design phase so your home is engineered for the conditions it will face.
