Completed 4 bedroom relocatable home at Mungallala

It is always exciting to hand our clients the keys to their brand new relocatable home. 2 weeks ago, this beautiful new 4 bedroom relocatable home was completed and handed over to Gary & Jessie of Mungallala, Queensland. Below are a few photos of the finished relocatable home. It is very stylish with timber features throughout, industrial style light fittings and pebble floor tiles in the ensuite shower.

Since the relocatable home has been delivered to site, the Westbuilt team has installed hardwood verandahs with insulated panel roofing, flymesh screening and connected to onsite services (plumbing and electrical). Westbuilt Homes specialise in providing complete Turnkey packages for our valued clients, even in the remote rural areas of QLD & northern NSW. As you can see in the last couple of photos, a portable building has been added to one end of the home. The plan of the home was specifically designed so that the clients existing unit could be connected and used as school room and store.

VERANDAH SCREENING

Gary & Jessie requested that their verandahs be fitted with flymesh screening all the way around to stop the intrusion of insects, minimise dust and debris and add protection from the rain and wind. If this is a consideration for your site please be free to read the other benefits of closed-in verandahs here: Combining Indoor & Outdoor Living: Closed-in Verandahs.

We trust Gary and Jessie thoroughly enjoy living in their new home!
